Pursuit Advantage: The Top 20 Most “Social” Condominium Buildings
(New York, NY, January 29, 2020)– Real estate advertising agency, Pursuit has compiled a list of the most Social Condominium buildings in Manhattan as of January 2020.
As with our study of the most Googled buildings of 2019, 432 Park Avenue is the clear winner on Instagram with nearly 3 times more mentions than the #2, 56 Leonard Street. The study looked at the number of times the building was used in a hashtag and researchers looked at all possible combinations of building names and addresses to compile the results.
“We found that many of the buildings with the most #hashtag mentions were high profile buildings that currently have residents living in the homes,” said Ross Anderson, Pursuit’s Founder and CEO. “432 Park Avenue saw New Yorkers calling in favors to get into the building and take a picture in a high floor home.”
The top of the list also included some buildings that are still under construction, including Extell’s Central Park Tower and One Manhattan square as well as 53 West 53 developed by Hines and Pontiac Land Group.
