Pursuit, a leading Real Estate Advertising firm, is moving from Flatiron to Nomad. The company has taken the 12th floor of 32 East 31st Street totaling over 4,000 square feet.
Pursuit creates advertising programs for Residential and Commercial real estate developers. Its clients include Lightstone, Rockefeller Group, Macklowe, Brookfield, Ironstate, L&L Holding Company and Two Trees.
The advertising agency had previous been on 21st street and quickly grew out of their 1,700 square feet space. The company has grown from 8 employees to 18 over the last 2 years and plans to add 5 more in 2019. The 31st Street space was the former New York headquarters of Asana, the work management platform.
