New York, NY, January 29, 2020)– Real estate advertising agency, Pursuit has compiled a list of the most Googled Condominium buildings in Manhattan during 2019.

432 Park Avenue is the clear winner in 2019. And it’s no surprise that “Billionaires Row” buildings dominated searches throughout the year. Related Companies also had 3 developments in the top 20.

“Press was also a key factor in the overall number of searches for buildings,” said Ross Anderson, Founder and CEO of Pursuit. “Based on the data, all of the top buildings had the most press and 220 Central Park South would not have ranked #3 without the tremendous press coverage surrounding deals and closings.” The agency also noted searches for condominium developments typically were much higher during the launch period of a new development, then plateaued as sales progresses. Another spike is also witnessed when closings begin and people can start moving in the buildings.
