Google Analytics 4 Real Estate Advertising

On July 1, 2023, Google will be completely transitioning from Google Universal Analytics to GA4, the next generation of Google Analytics. We have been diligently transitioning all of our accounts from Universal to GA4 and you should not expect any glitches in your data. Old data will be accessible for a certain period, but Google will stop collecting new data as of this date.

So What is GA4 and why should you care?

GA4 provides us with enhanced user journey tracking capabilities, allowing us to understand how potential buyers interact with online platforms and make contact with your sales and leasing teams. Through event-based tracking, GA4 captures valuable data points such as page views, clicks, form submissions, and more. This is very similar to the data being reported now, but they also have deeper levels that we are exploring every day. This deeper level of insight helps us identify the most effective marketing channels, optimize user experiences, and increase conversions. With GA4, we can track the entire customer journey, from the initial search for properties to the user contacting through the website or phone.

One of the significant advantages of GA4 is its ability to track user interactions across multiple platforms and devices seamlessly. In today’s digital landscape, potential buyers engage with real estate developments through websites, mobile apps, social media, and other platforms. GA4’s cross-platform tracking consolidates data from various touchpoints, providing a comprehensive view of customer behavior.

GA4 also leverages advanced machine learning algorithms to provide actionable insights to the teams. The platform analyzes vast amounts of data, identifies trends, and offers predictive analytics that enables us to make informed decisions. We will be able to uncover more valuable information including user preferences, trends, and patterns,

We will continue to keep you updated as we learn more. We feel this is a great move in the right direction to further track our campaigns!
